A Useable Feast is a unique exhibit in which functional pottery by Jim Dugan, Mel Griffin, Ayumi Horie, and gwendolyn yoppolo, is placed in a restaurant to be used, creating an active environment where the common experience of eating and drinking becomes a celebration of the interdependence among pottery, food, cooking, and people. Noble American Cookery, a restaurant in a renovated carriage house near Rittenhouse Square, will host a Preview Hour with Signature Seasonal Cocktails at 7pm followed around 8pm with a "Family Style" Dinner featuring seasonal, local foods.

Guests have the unique opportunity to choose from 75 plates and many other functional items.
